Robert B. Fitzgerald joined Baran, Piper, Tarkowsky, Fitzgerald & Theis in 1985, moving from Mansfield to Lima to staff the Lima office. Bob is an extremely skilled litigator and an asset to our firm. Over the years Bob has been active in the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and is an active member in the Ohio State Bar Association’s Insurance Law Committee.
