Biography:
Edward C. Baran began with the predecessor firm of Ross, Davis & Baran in Mansfield in 1972 and ultimately along with his brother founded Baran & Baran Co., L.P.A. in 1978 and grew the firm to its current name in 1980. He is an experienced litigator adept at commercial and construction laws and issues. He retired from the practice in 2001 and splits his time between homes in Florida and Georgia.
