Biography:
Mark’s primary areas of practice include municipal law, estates, trusts and general probate work. Additionally, Mark practices in corporate law, business contract, juvenile, guardianship, landlord/tenant, insurance law, commercial law, banking law and bankruptcy. Mark is a former board member and advisory board member of the local Alzheimer's Association. He also teaches law classes for Mount Vernon Nazarene College and has spoken throughout the state of Ohio on Financial Planning and Estate Planning issues. Currently, Mark works with several national investment firms assisting their financial planners in meeting the legal needs of their clientele. He also works closely with several of the governmental entities represented by the firm. Mark rounds out his duties as a member of the team which services our banking and lending clients throughout Ohio. Mark is also involved with his church and various non-profit organizations in the community.
