     Mark is a 1990 graduate of Ohio Northern University Law School. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University. Mark has been an associate of Baran, Piper, Tarkowsky, Fitzgerald, & Theis Co., L.P.A. since 1991. Currently, Mark works with several investment firms assisting their financial planners in meeting the legal needs of their clientele. He also works closely with several of the governmental entities represented by the firm. Mark rounds out his duties as a member of the team which serves our banking and lending clients throughout the State of Ohio.

     Mark and his wife reside in Lima with their two daughters.
