Workers' Compensation
Our firm employs senior Ohio State Bar Association Specialists in Workers’ Compensation with wide-ranging experience in employment related issues. From the firm’s offices in Mansfield, Lima and Toledo, our attorneys regularly represent clients at Industrial Commission hearings throughout the state of Ohio. We and our seasoned staff are constantly in communication with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation claims representatives, third party administrators, medical care organizations, human resource personnel and medical service providers to ensure our client’s interests are protected.
